It was already long ago,
I took a overnight bus from London to Paris.
Sitting next to me was a young man from Wales who was going to see a Parisian girlfriend from now on. 
Two people got excited because both of them liked Dylan.
He told me that Budokan live was his favorite album, so I taught that the record included my clapping. 
And then he was very delighted. 

もうずいぶん前のことだが、
ロンドンからパリへ夜行バスに乗ったことがある。
隣に座ったのはウェールズ出身の若者で、これからパリの恋人に会いにいくのだという。二人はたまたまディランが好きで道中はその話題で盛り上がった。
武道館ライブアルバムがお気に入りだという（当時は海外では発売されないと聞いていた）のでそのアルバムには俺の拍手が入ってるんだと教えると彼はとても喜んでくれた。
