大人たちが旅立ってしまったのでこの住宅の利用者は主に子猫パラディとその友だちになってしまった。デュエの森が狭くなったのが影響しているのだと思われる。
空き家や庭付き住宅はサンクチュアリ（保護区）の機能をもっている。私は其れら余裕をもった日本人が増えることをいつも願っている。
